Introduction to Music Interpretation 230 (6 Units)
This course is designed to acquaint students with the elements of metaphysical, urban music and a variety of other genres through listening to music and examples, reading the texts, interpreting the feel, the word composition. Students who successfully complete this course will understand the elements of music and how these elements relate to the compositions presented in class. They will specifically apply the knowledge of musical styles of composer and composition identification. Students would have produced a core music research paper and implementation project that enables them to market, share, promote the sort of music that creates harmony in their lives. Students will additionally support the evolvement, development, and furtherance of TCOM’s International council of charitable artist(s).
